Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game interface or upon request to ki8888 support.

• If a bet is accepted due to an obvious pricing error, ki8888 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ki8888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account on ki8888.

Account Suspension and Termination

Ki8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Court order or regulatory instruction requiring ki8888 to restrict your access.

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, ki8888 will communicate the reason and estimated timeline to the account holder via their registered contact details. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, ki8888 will provide the player an opportunity to withdraw their real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings) after the investigation is concluded, unless prohibited by law.
